1. When will my item be shipped?
Each design is listed under a specific category. That information is provided at the top of the description in each listing. Please correlate that information with the information provided on our Shipping page to view the wait time.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Buyers are allowed to request a cancellation within the first 6 hours after purchasing. Any requests after that time frame will be denied.
3. My shoes don't fit, can I return or exchange them?
Sorry, we do not allow for any returns or exchanges. It is our buyers responsibility to checkout with the correct size option. If you're not sure about the fitting of the shoe, visit your local sneaker store to try on a pair to ensure sizing before placing your order.
4. Can I request a design you don't currently offer?
